  • Policy Regarding CANCELLATION / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE In the event of cancellation of travel arrangements due to any reasons – we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the time/date we receive your intimation in writing.
  • Also there is a seperate cancellation policy for some hotels like The Oberoi New Delhi, Amar Vilas Agra, Raj Vilas Jaipur , Vanya Vilas Ranthambhore , Udaivilas Udaipur ,Trident hotels, Taj Hotels, Casino Group of Hotels, Hotel Imperial New Delhi as these hotels are charging for 1 night retention charges if cancelled or amended 30 days in advance & retention for entire stay in cancelled or amended 8 days in advance.
  • There are few hotels, who normally ask for non- refundable deposit at the time of booking. Therefore you are requested to please check with us regarding the refund policy for the same. 
  • In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
  • In case of Special Trains Journeys and/or peak season hotel & Airlines bookings, a separate cancellation policy is applicable which we shall advise you as and when Applicable. In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount, which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from our suppliers of services i.e hotels/transporters etc. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals, guide services etc. there will be no refund.
  • You can deposit cash payments on our bank accounts. On receipt of cash, customer would be handed over the itinerary with flight details and PNR.Booked / Final Confirmed E-ticket can also be delivered on customer e-mail id on request.Working hours for the above mentioned facility will be from 1000 hrs to 1800 hrs on working days (Monday to Saturday)

Booking Rules


1.Customer needs to carry the printout of E-tickets to Airport along with valid Photo identity proof.

2.There is a possibility of increase of fare because of time gap between quotation of fare and actual booking of tickets, in this case, customer would be informed about the same and increased fare would be collected from the customer.

3.If you are a frequent traveler you can deposit a small amount (refundable) starting from Rs 5000 onwards and get the tickets issued immediately after your phone call so that there is no chance of fare increase. After issuing the tickets you can deposit the payment in our bank account and the deposit amount remains the same.

4.Bookings can be confirmed only if Myindiaholidays.in gets the confirmation of cash & online credit card payment. If Myindiaholidays.in fails to receive the above payment, the ticket booking shall automatically be cancelled.

5.Additional money for booking modification will be collected from the passenger. For any modifications
